1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to HEIC to JPG for iPhone and iPad and its supported Apple-platform experiences.

2. Images and files you select

The app reads images you choose through the system Photos picker or Files picker. It reads clipboard images only when you choose Paste. Image data, filenames, and information needed for conversion are processed on your device. The app does not upload your images or conversion history to a developer-operated server.

The system or your file provider may download selected content from iCloud or another storage service when needed, according to your settings and that provider's policies.

3. Photos permission

Saving converted images to Photos, including through Auto Save to Gallery, uses Apple's add-only Photos permission. This permission lets the app add results without granting access to your full photo library. Importing selected photos uses the system picker. You can manage or revoke permission in iOS Settings.

4. Local storage

The app stores converted files, conversion history, source filenames, output formats, conversion dates, preferences, and the daily free-conversion count in its local app storage. Temporary copies of imported images may be created to perform conversion.

History and converted files remain until you delete them or remove the app. Deleting an item from conversion history also removes its corresponding local result file. It does not remove originals or copies you previously saved to Photos, Files, or another app. App data may be included in device backups according to your Apple settings.

5. Purchases

Apple processes Pro subscriptions and Lifetime Pro purchases through the App Store and StoreKit. The app receives product information and verified purchase-entitlement status to unlock eligible features. The developer does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account credentials. Apple's handling of purchases is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

6. Sharing and support you initiate

When you choose Share or Save to Files, you choose the destination. That app or storage provider handles exported content under its own policies.

Report a Problem opens an email draft addressed to support and includes the app version and build number. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. If you send an email, the developer receives your email address, message, and any attachments you provide and uses them to respond to and resolve your request. Images are not automatically attached.

7. Information the developer does not collect

The current app does not require an account, contain advertising or third-party analytics, track you across apps, or upload your images, filenames, conversion history, or usage profile to the developer. The developer does not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

8. Third-party services
